The only issue with 2Do is that it requires effort to master all of the app’s features, as it’s not very intuitive to use and does not have a straightforward help or tutorial section. Most of OmniFocus’s power isn’t needed for GTD, and some of it is harmful (sequencing). OmniFocus takes too many taps to do anything on iOS. ![]() My response there boils down to: Things has a better UX. ![]() Someone posted a similar question over in r/omnifocus a few weeks ago. 2Do: Tasks Done in Style offers a great middle ground for those looking for a lot of features but not looking to invest in OmniFocus or GTD. I think Things is a better GTD app than OmniFocus. ![]()
